Since I am currently a one-woman show, I need help to get quotes separate from my current customers. 


So I have decided to automate my new customer lines. The line can connect you to me directly during regular business hours. If I am busy or after hours, it can direct you to the information you need.  You can even leave me a message!


I hope to one day have the funds to hire a real person to answer my phones.

Ground 

Solo or Shared


We would love to offer solo rides to everyone! However, due to pricing, additional pets may be added to the route. To help keep the cost down for our customers.


If you require a solo ride, please inform us of the reason, and we will do our best to accommodate. If you would like more clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask.


Pets that are under 20lbs that including the carrier, can ride in the cabin. Pet fees from most airlines are $125. 


We are unable to do more than one cabin pet.


Pets not on the do not fly list can be added to the cargo area and will need an acceptable flight carrier. 


We accept all credit and debit cards. 


To cover the cost of processing fees we will be implementing a $25 booking fee. Taxes are included in the quote given.


Unfortunately, we are not licensed for this type of transportation. So we are unable to offer that service yet. 


At the time of booking, there will be a non-refundable deposit made. 

Ground Transport ~ 40%

Air Transport ~ 50% 



You can cancel at any time before pickup, with a full refund of the remaining balance.


Flight and Ground transports are different refund percentages. 


We are unable to do COD Cash on Delivery. Since we are dealing with live animals and are USDA certified.


Unfortunately, that is not something we can accommodate. Purchase of pets should be between you and the breeder/owner/shelter etc. We are only responsible for the transportation.


Per USDA, puppies are not fully vaccinated until they are four months old. So it’s required that puppies not be allowed to touch the ground. This is to keep your puppy protected against the Parvo Virus. But kennels will be cleaned with each stop. We offer wood shavings and a pee pad. To keep them dry and clean. Unless they are tiny or have a short nose.


Pets transported by air:

Must have a health certificate signed by a veterinarian. 


For Ground Transportation:


The only states that Do Not require canines to have any CVI for ground transportation would be NY, ND, NC, & VA. Other states will most likely need a CVI. The bare minimum would be showing proof of vaccinations and rabies being current. 


A pet health certificate, or certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI), is an official document that your veterinarian fills out after performing a thorough exam on your pet. The document certifies that your pet is disease-free and lists all of the vaccines on which your pet is up to date.


All documentation will be due 24 hrs before pickup. This can be provided via email or by sending a photo to the driver's cell. 


Yes, we are licensed out of the state of Utah and insured through PetCare Insurance. USDA Certified, too!


Currently, we have one driver. With hopes to expand soon!


For safety, your pet must be okay in kennels while traveling. We do not use wire kennels. Our kennels are approved for travel. We offer kennels, or you can provide your own. As long as they are approved for travel as well. Our kennels are sanitized after each use. 


Our owner/driver stops every 2-3 hrs to allow pets to stretch, eat, & drink. All pets are offered edible chew bones.


Yes! Our driver will send pictures with each stop. You will also be given a GPS link to see where we are and our ETA.

Our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica can hold as many as five animals. However, it depends on what size the kennels are. We have never transported that many; the most at this time is three at one time.


citizenshipper.com is a platform. You can use this platform to find shippers for your particular need.


The benefit to this site as it makes it simple to have quotes sent to you. 


However, they charge fees to use their site, which is not included in the bids for your shipment, and you do not have the option to contact the shipper off-site.  You are also reliant on reviews from customers from the site.
